Guided meditations are led according to the techniques used in “shamantha” or “vipassana” meditation, and further discussion is often held to determine new ways to incorporate meditation into the daily lives of the modern-day busy person. Outside of these classes, meditators offer personal guidance—available upon request—while monthly retreats to locations all over the world give students the opportunity to engage in intensive study and practice special topics.
Classes at Meditation Roaring Fork Valley are typically offered in a series, with each subsequent class reflecting a similar topic to the one before it. The discussions in each class are designed to suit every student, from beginners with no experience to those who have spent many years developing their skills.
